All servers must be used legally and responsibly.
All payments are final unless otherwise stated. Chargebacks or fraudulent transactions will result in immediate service termination.
Hosting illegal content, malware, phishing, DDoS attacks, or any activity that violates applicable laws is strictly prohibited.
While we strive for maximum uptime, we cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted service.
Scheduled maintenance or emergency updates may temporarily affect server availability.
Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their own data unless otherwise specified.
CloudCastle reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service that violates these Terms of Service without prior notice.
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest version.
